Your satisfaction is important to us!  We appreciate your business and strive to offer the best products and services in our industry.  We are always interested in your feedback and are happy to answer questions or discuss concerns that will help us improve our services.  In the exceptional case, expectations are not met, options including, but not limited to, re-delivery, store credit, partial refund, and a full refund will be discussed between the service provider and customer.  The appropriate course of action is dependent upon the individual circumstance and determined on a case by case basis.

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of your order being fulfilled.  Customers have the right to cancel standard daily orders at any time, as long as the product has not left the service provider’s facility for delivery.  Orders for events, including weddings, corporate, and other large events must be canceled two weeks prior to the event delivery date for a full refund to be applied.  Refunds take between three and fifteen days to be returned to the payor’s account.
